The twentieth issue of Vogue Adria has arrived
Vogue AdriaJanuary 22, 2026
The new, twentieth issue of Vogue Adria, available from today at newsstands and in our webshop, is dedicated to winter, a season whose calm, slowness, and silence sometimes reveal parts of ourselves we did not even know existed. That calm brings insights that are not always simple, ones we can reach only if we learn how to listen. This is precisely why the concept of our cover story is devoted to the hidden and the unexpected. Adriana Lima, the star of our cover, a face we are used to seeing on runways, in campaigns, and in the role of a Victoria’s Secret Angel, appears here in the role of an artist: a woman who has been surrounded by art and creation her entire life, and who herself possesses the power to create, change, and transform.
One of the greatest supermodels of our time, with the longest career in the ranks of Victoria’s Secret and countless other achievements behind her, revealed an unknown side of herself in a story photographed in New York by photographer Kat Irlin, with fashion by Vogue Adria fashion director Taylor Angino. In an exclusive interview for Vogue Adria, Adriana Lima spoke with Tina Lončar about motherhood, career, and art, about why she still adores fashion, but also about why it is important to allow oneself freedom and to continuously question the boundaries of one’s own identity.
Marlene Taschen, director of the publishing house Taschen, opened the doors of her Milan home to us, while multidisciplinary artists Dunja Jovanović and Boris Hoppek guided us through their living space in Barcelona. Through their sensibility, as well as the openness of their minds and their space, the artistic couple showed that there are countless paths we can take, if we dare to listen to ourselves and live differently, more richly, more freely.
Psychotherapist Ana Perović reminds us that lessons about endings do not necessarily mean a new beginning, but rather imply remaining in the in-between phase, while Lilly Allen teaches us that this very in-between space can become the source of our greatest power and creativity. The renowned musician, who has lived under the spotlight for more than two decades, reveals how she transforms the chaos of her private life into music, showing how the introspective phase between an ending and a new beginning can become a creative force.
In their column Fashionably Speaking, Jasmina and David met with Gabriel Held, a fashion historian and passionate collector whose vintage archive in New York is among the most sought-after by collectors and lovers of fashion history. Tijana Čvorak spoke with young Slovenian designers who use the medium of knitwear in unconventional ways, Tara Đukić provided a broad overview of cultural events that will delight us in the coming months, and Dr. Magdalena Ivić writes about how Botox has crossed the boundaries of cosmetics. Kristina Mikulić and Bojana Joavanović set out in search of lost silence. Kristina explored the return of the greatest luxury, peace, through wellness, while Bojana tried to find her calm by testing TikTok challenges.
