The Adriatic music festivals to visit in 2024

That moment when you pass the towns of Pakoštane, Draga, Pirovac on the Adriatic highway and when the road at the well-known local restaurant Marin (which I will never enter!), at the equally well-known always-congested roundabout, turns sharply to the right, and we are driving so slowly because of the indescribable crowd reinforced by the eternal British English in the air, I know that I am within reach of the goal.

Just a few more minutes and I arrive at one of the most beautiful coves, as if it’s created for a summer music festival. And in it, it seems, that every summer a new festival emerges. Of course the name of the place is Tisno. It’s the same feeling when instead of entering a sandy cove, I step into the oldest, best-preserved ancient monument, where for the next hours and days I will watch the fight, not of gladiators, but of rhythms, sounds, energy, sweat and breeze, evening, night and dawn, morning. It’s the same feeling when I climb the branch of Fruška Gora above the enchanting Danube in order to spend hours and days absorbing the music, the atmosphere, the life that exists only in that temporary, outside of physical borders and zones, State of Exit. In search of a new and the same feeling, the fourth, fifth…hundredth, I follow announcements, announcements, the scene and the calendar in case I catch it at some other or new music festival that will delight me. Future Scope

SEA STAR FESTIVAL

The world’s most sought-after electronic duo, Ukrainian tech house grandmasters Artbat are coming to the sixth edition of the Sea Star festival.
