The Role

We are looking for a strategically minded, culturally literate, creative, and results-oriented individual to lead brand campaigns, partnerships, creative strategies, and special projects across the region.

This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, creative approach, and practical execution, working closely with editorial, creative, sales teams, and external partners to deliver impactful and culturally relevant projects. It is a key role in developing Vogue Adria’s brand presence and cultural relevance through strategic storytelling, innovative marketing programs, and collaborative idea exchange, while driving growth across all platforms, including digital, social media, events, print, and sales.

The ideal candidate combines editorial sensitivity, client understanding, and tactical thinking, with the ability to align brand messaging with business results.

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying new opportunities to strengthen brand recognition, engage audiences, and grow clients through content and creative partnerships
  • Overseeing and coordinating the development and implementation of new formats across all platforms, from events and special projects to innovative, culturally driven brand activations
  • Closely monitoring the global Vogue strategy and adapting and executing it in the Adria market
  • Shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy for the Vogue Adria brand, with a focus on revenue growth, audience engagement, and cultural impact
  • Leading creative development and managing marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, and other platforms
  • Driving creative processes, writing, and developing integrated marketing proposals across digital, social, video, print, audio, and other platforms
  • Collaborating with teams across editorial, sales, digital, creative, and production to create innovative audience-focused solutions and ensure flawless execution
  • Strategically partnering with partnership directors to develop client relationships
  • Engaging clients and collaborators, developing and managing special projects and brand partnerships
  • Overseeing deadlines, managing budgets, and ensuring project delivery
  • Monitoring and reporting on project outcomes

Ideal candidate profile

  • Experience in marketing, brand partnerships, or project management, as well as in event planning and organization
  • Excellent understanding of the media, fashion, and lifestyle industries
  • Confident and persuasive presentation skills, with strong communication, writing, and visual storytelling abilities
  • Deep knowledge of digital, social, video, print, and experiential platforms, as well as leading brands in each of these areas
  • High level of organization, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Openness to teamwork in a fast-paced and creative environment
