Vogue Adria is the regional edition of Vogue magazine, covering Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro. As part of the world’s most influential media brand in fashion and culture, Vogue Adria connects high-quality global and regional editorial content with strong regional voices through its print edition, digital channels, social media, and other platforms.

The Role
We are looking for a graphic designer to join the creative team at Vogue Adria and contribute to the brand’s visual identity across all platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual sensibility, attention to detail, and an understanding of contemporary culture, fashion, and design. You will work closely with the editorial, creative, and digital teams to create visually compelling content that reflects the Vogue magazine identity.
Key responsibilities
- Designing magazine pages and visual elements for digital platforms, social media, and selected print materials
- Collaborating with editorial and creative teams on visual content and concept development
- Adapting Vogue magazine’s global visual guidelines to local projects and formats
- Supporting the design of special projects, events, campaigns, and branded content
- Preparing design files for production, print, and publishing across all platforms
- Monitoring design, fashion, and culture trends relevant to the region
- Closely following Vogue magazine’s global visual strategy and adapting it for the regional market
- Designing and developing visual presentations, displays, and materials for internal use, partnerships, and special projects
Ideal candidate profile
- Experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (agency or editorial experience is a plus but not required)
- A strong sense of design, typography, color, and composition
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and the ability to work with CMS and other content publishing systems
- Ability to translate ideas and concepts into clear, visually compelling presentations and visual narratives
- Interest in and understanding of fashion, culture, media, and visual storytelling
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
