The twelfth edition of Vogue Adria has arrived

NOVI BROJ

April 8, 2025

The new, twelfth issue of Vogue Adria, available from today at newsstands and in our webshop, arrives with the first notes of spring—a time when nature awakens, streets burst into color, and sunny, warm days finally triumph over the gloomy ones, inviting us to fully embrace the beauty of life.

The April issue, which takes us back to the beginnings and fundamental values, features one of today’s most renowned models, Paloma Elsesser, on the cover. Alongside it comes the first special edition of Vogue Living, an issue born from the need for a pause—a moment to breathe and embark on a journey measured not in kilometers, but in feelings. Vogue Living celebrates slowness as a form of luxury, home as the most beautiful destination, and the small rituals that enrich life, reminding us that luxury is not just about what we wear or where we travel, but how we live.

The star of Vogue Adria’s April cover, Paloma Elsesser, is a symbol of pushing boundaries and breaking established norms, proving that true beauty lies in authenticity. Paloma is also the protagonist of the story Diva Paloma, dedicated to the iconic Gucci Bamboo bag, which first saw the light of day in 1947 and has since become a beloved accessory of Hollywood stars and top models like Elsesser. This year, for the Spring/Summer 2025 season, it returns in a refreshed look, ready to once again take over the streets. Paloma’s photos, where she poses with the legendary bag as her faithful spring companion, serve as the perfect prelude to the sunny and warm days we eagerly await.

Artist Lisa Jahovic welcomed us into her London home, where she creates, and spoke with Teodora Jeremić about Jacquemus campaigns, art, and the absurdity and beauty of everyday life. For the Vogue Living edition, we also visited the homes of inspiring individuals such as Ana Kraš, Tita and Boro at Kumparička farm, Pierre Yovanovitch, Marko Ristić, Agatha Relota Luczo from Furtuna, and Ivana Mrđa. We explored the magic of fermentation and shared a love story about olives and bees.

Costume designer and creative director Spencer Horne, renowned for his legendary costumes that have contributed to the brilliance of Tim Walker’s storytelling, teamed up with photographer Emma Dalzell-Khan on a journey to Morocco, where they repurposed old materials to build a new narrative and tell a globally significant story about sustainability. Meanwhile, creative teams from Serbia, Montenegro, and Slovenia shared their vision for a better and more sustainable future with us at the Venice Architecture Biennale. David Hockney reflected on how to truly see and experience life, while Tina Kovačiček, through the lens of Primož Zorko, captured an intimate glimpse into the region’s quiet and secret surfing scene.
