The Role

We are looking for a curious and creatively driven Brand Experience Manager to contribute to the conception and execution of Vogue Adria’s special projects and cultural initiatives.

This role requires cultural insight, creativity, and collaboration with editorial, creative, and advertising teams, working together on ideas and projects and developing and implementing them across various platforms.

This is an ideal position for someone who intuitively understands contemporary society and culture, follows current industry trends, enjoys collaborative idea development, and wants to grow professionally within a leading global media brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting brand development through the execution of special projects and initiatives
  • Leading and assisting in the organization of events and special project
  • Collaborating with editorial, creative, and partnership teams to develop integrated marketing ideas and narratives adapted to different platforms, from print to digital and social media, with an understanding of the specific formats, experiences, and needs of each
  • Working closely with agencies and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
  • Contributing to the conception of events, activations, brand collaborations, and partnerships that meaningfully connect brands with Vogue Adria’s values
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations for partners and collaborators
  • Monitoring cultural, fashion, and lifestyle trends
  • Carefully following the global Vogue strategy and leading its implementation in the Adria market
  • Assisting in meeting deadlines, production, and project tasks
  • Tracking project progress and supporting the preparation of post-campaign reportsIdeal candidate profile

Ideal candidate profile

  • Understand how brands communicate through culture and content
  • Have a strong interest in culture, media, fashion, marketing, or the creative industrie
  • Be organized, curious, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enjoy collaborating and bringing ideas to life
  • Be able to work proactively and independently on tasks while setting priorities
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally
  • Speak English fluently
  • Thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment
