The fifth edition of Vogue Adria has arrived, and it is dedicated to sports

In anticipation of a summer filled with sports due to the upcoming gathering of the world’s best athletes in Paris, all Vogue editions have featured prominent sports figures from their respective countries on their covers. For Vogue Adria, there was no doubt—the cover was reserved for the greatest tennis player of all time, Novak Djokovic.

Our new issue is inspired by the world’s greatest sporting event and dedicated to sports as an eternal source of inspiration and an essential part of life.

From an in-depth interview with the global tennis star, to discussions on women’s sports and its inequalities, to a homage to the Sarajevo Winter Olympics through conversations with Selma Zukić Popović, the costume designer; Jože Trobec, the creator of the legendary mascot Vučko, and the story of the Sarajevo Snowflake and its mysterious author.

In addition to sports, Ugo Gattoni, Marina Marković, and Matija Čop share their insights on their art and vision, while the mayor of Paris and the official choreographer for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games discuss what the world will see this year in Paris.
